• Standard Delivery (1-2 Business Days): Free for all orders.
• Same-Day Delivery (Dubai Only): Available for an additional fee on orders placed before 12:00 PM.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original, factory-sealed packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number.

Please note that any product that has been opened or used is not eligible for a return. If you receive a defective item, it will be covered under the one-year official Apple warranty, and we can assist you in starting the warranty claim process.
